Terms of delivery
The price indicated next to the item is purchase price?, including the Value Added Tax. The purchase prices indicated next to the products certainly do not change in the period between the ordering and receipt of goods, so you pay the price that you see on the page when ordering. The payment can be done in the following ways, and you are free to choose which is the most convenient for you:
Personal acceptance in Libri stores
You can get your order free of charge in any of Libri's shops in Budapest and countryside, in case of even only 1 book.
The ordered book (s) can be received in any of the Libri stores. In this case, of course, we do not charge shipping costs. You can select the store where you want to receive your ordered books upon ordering. For payment you can use a gift card, or pay in cash or with credit card.
Please wait until the store contacts you when you can get the ordered books! In case of store receipt in each case the selected store will be able to provide information on the status of your order!

Inland shipping
The order book (s) is/are delivered by MPL - Magyar Posta Zrt. When the parcel is handed over to the courier service, we will inform you about the details by e-mail. The home delivery fee depends on the value of the books purchased:

In case of inland shipment you can choose between cash on delivery, online credit card and MasterCard ® Mobile payments.
If you want to ask for further comment, clarification regarding the delivery time, you can do this in the comment section of the order form..
Important note: the courier service will not call you before delivery; however, in case of failed delivery they will leave a notification, or contact our customers at the number you entered in the order form to discuss a specific time. Delivery: from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm!

Shipping abroad
If you are purchasing products from abroad, you will not have to miss the comfort and speed!
Foreign customers are asked to pay the purchase price of book(s) and shipping costs in advance online by credit card payment. In most countries of the European Union, the delivery is performed by UPS; the delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on the specific country of destination. In non-EU countries the delivery is made by using the priority service of UPS, which allows for a very fast service. The freightage is weight dependent - our system calculates this fee online and you can confirm it at the end of purchase. The possible customs charges are not included in the shipping cost, so they must be paid upon receipt of the parcel. You can track the status of your parcel via the e-mails you receive from the courier service.

Receipt at Pick Pack Point
You can also get your books ordered on the page in more than 200 Pick Pack Point stores in many cities in the country - Inmedio and Relay newspaper shops can be found in central places. The delivery is free of charge, and our customers are notified of the date of receipt by e-mail. When placing your order, you can select from the list of stores to find your nearest Pack Pick Points. You can get the parcel by using the order identification number in the confirmation e-mail sent by Libri. You can pay the purchase price with credit card online or MasterCard® Mobile payment or you can settle in cash on the spot. At these points, you cannot pay with gift card and voucher!

Payment on the spot
Libri stores: You can pay your order in cash, by credit card and / or gift card upon receipt.
Delivery: You can pay your order upon receipt in cash only. The courier service cannot accept debit cards and gift cards.
Pick Pack Pont shops: You can pay your order in cash and by credit cards upon receipt. Gift cards cannot be accepted on these points.

Online credit card payment
You pay the price of the ordered book(s) and shipping fee upon placement of your order. After ordering your selected books you will be transferred to OTP Bank's website where you can pay by your credit card via an encrypted transaction classified to be the most secure, used by the Bank. All our customers have to do is to click on "credit card payments" sign at the selection of payment method, and enter the card number and expiry date in the payment server of the K & H Bank.
MasterCard® Mobile
What is MasterCard® Mobile?
The MasterCard® Mobile Hungary is an innovative mobile payment solution that enables Cardholders to pay by using their existing MasterCard® or with Maestro® bank card(s) CVC code belonging to their bank account/credit via a mobile phone. The MasterCard® Mobile Service offers special security for the customer because the buyer does not need to provide the number of his/her bank card and he/she approves all payment on his/her mobile phone.
How can I pay with my mobile phone?
- During payment enter your phone number or MasterCard® Mobile ID in the appropriate field. You can check your MasterCard® Mobile ID in your mobile phone within the MasterCard® Mobile Hungary application.
- Soon, you will receive a message containing details of the payment on your mobile phone that you can read by the MasterCard® Mobile Application. The message will include the Merchant's name, the amount to be paid, and the payment date.
- By using the MasterCard® Mobile application select your bank card registered in MasterCard® Mobile application and enter your PIN. Confirm the payment.
- You will receive a message on your mobile regarding the result of payment.

Books with different delivery times
On the datasheet next to the selected books we always indicate the deadline for the delivery of the books. The deadline depends on the availability of the product in the warehouse of Libri. If so, we undertake the delivery within 1-2 business days. If the book is available in the market but is not in our warehouse, you will get your ordered book in 4-6 business days. If you order several items with different delivery times, the items will always be delivered within the longer availability period. If it is important for the Customer that the books are not delivered at the same time together with the book with the latest delivery date, of course, it is possible to deliver the books in separate parcels. Please indicate the need for it when you place your order. In this case, however, all packages will be charged an extra delivery cost.
Pre-ordered books
We can always deliver pre-ordered books as soon as they have been received by Libri. For this reason, any pre-ordered book is recorded as a separate order when you purchase one; so you will get the ordered items as soon as possible. Division of the basket is completely automatic; you do not have to deal with it.
For pre-ordered books the shipping cost is 0 HUF both for receipt in the store and delivery by courier, regardless of the quantity of books ordered. The price of pre-ordered books is not included in the calculation of shipping costs - because of the free shipping.
The final price of products in your basket includes the price of pre-ordered books as well. The Publishing House may not publish a book that was planned to be published. In such a case, the order of this book is cancelled and the customer is informed.
