Jane Eyre is the best novel by an English writer Charlotte Brontë Ive ever read. An excellent story of a woman's inquiry for freedom and love. Jane Eyre is partly autobiographical, and Charlotte Brontë filled it with social criticism and ominous Gothic elements. Jane Eyre is the story of an honest, plain-featured, intelligent, and passionate English orphan. Jane is reviled by her aunt and her cousin. Then she attends to a harsh charity school in Lowood. Jane grows up both physically and mentally at Lowood and becomes a teacher at her age of eighteen. Jane meets Mr Rochester and quickly they fall in love with each other. However, he has a terrible and dark secret I think everybody should read this book at least once.
